When the Big Money Buys Bitcoin, The Bold Look Elsewhere for a 28% Gain

ETFs are flooding with cash, corporates are hoarding coins, and Strategy might bring Bitcoin straight into the S&P 500.

Demand is overwhelming supply, and the infrastructure to support it is going mainstream—fast.

The next move won't wait for headlines.

They’re a private company, but Pacaso just reserved the Nasdaq ticker “$PCSO.”

No surprise the same firms that backed Uber, eBay, and Venmo already invested in Pacaso. What is unique is Pacaso is giving the same opportunity to everyday investors. And 10,000+ people have already joined them.

Created a former Zillow exec who sold his first venture for $120M, Pacaso brings co-ownership to the $1.3T vacation home industry.

They’ve generated $1B+ worth of luxury home transactions across 2,000+ owners. That’s good for more than $110M in gross profit since inception, including 41% YoY growth last year alone.

And you can join them today for just $2.90/share. But don’t wait too long. Invest in Pacaso before the opportunity ends September 18.

Market-Moving News

Institutions aren't hesitating—they're scaling exposure even as prices dip.

Bitcoin is vanishing from the market, Ethereum is dominating ETF flows, and Strategy's S&P bid signals a new phase in crypto's legitimacy.

This is where capital moves before the rest catch on.

Businesses Absorb BTC 4x Faster Than Miners Can Produce

Private businesses and public companies are buying Bitcoin nearly four times faster than it's being mined, according to River.

This trend is accelerating demand and raising concerns about an incoming supply crunch.

Treasury firms and corporations snapped up an average of 1,755 BTC daily in 2025. ETFs and investment vehicles added another 1,430 BTC per day, while governments chipped in with 39 BTC.

By contrast, miners are only producing around 450 new coins each day. With exchange reserves at multi-year lows, the gap between new supply and demand is widening fast.

Strategy alone now holds over 632,000 BTC—nearly 3% of total supply—making it the largest corporate holder.

River data shows 1.3 million BTC is already locked in business reserves.

Shirish Jajodia of Strategy says their purchases are spread out through OTC trades that don't impact short-term prices.

Still, analysts warn that cumulative demand may trigger sudden price volatility if reserves continue falling.

This imbalance is fueling speculation of a long-term supply shock. With coins leaving exchanges and not returning, liquidity may tighten just as new demand arrives.

If this absorption rate continues, Bitcoin may face a structural squeeze—especially if retail interest returns.

For long-term investors, accumulation during flat periods may offer rare value before the pressure builds.

$2.5B Pours Into Crypto Funds Despite Market Dip

Crypto ETPs recorded $2.48 billion in inflows last week, reversing the $1.4 billion outflow from the week before. The capital came in even as BTC and ETH prices declined.

Ether ETFs led with $1.4 billion in inflows, far outpacing Bitcoin's $748 million. Solana and XRP also saw renewed interest with $177M and $134M, respectively.

The surge extended August's net inflows to $4.37 billion, though assets under management fell due to declining prices.

Crypto fund AUM slipped from $234.7B to $219B, down 7% in a week.

Spot ETFs in the US played a key role in absorbing institutional demand. Despite a cooldown on Friday, Ether ETFs maintained dominance throughout the week.

Bitcoin still saw $301 million in monthly outflows as of August 31. But ETH's $4 billion August inflows accounted for over 91% of the total.

ETF flow trends are shifting toward multi-asset and altcoin products, not just BTC-centric exposure. Investors appear to be diversifying rather than exiting entirely.

Capital is still flowing in—just not into Bitcoin alone.

These flows suggest institutional conviction in Ethereum and select altcoins, even if price action remains choppy short term.

Strategy Qualifies for S&P 500 on Bitcoin-Powered Profits

Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) has officially met all requirements for S&P 500 inclusion. The index committee will announce its decision by September 5.

In Q2 2025, Strategy posted $10 billion in net income and $14 billion in operating income. EPS came in at $32.60, while annual guidance was raised to $80 per share.

The turnaround follows new accounting rules allowing unrealized Bitcoin gains to count toward earnings. With BTC above $100K, Strategy booked massive paper profits.

As of June 30, the firm held 597,325 BTC—up from 474,000 a year ago. Its BTC Yield stands at 19.7%, tracking the ratio of coin accumulation versus share dilution.

Revenue from subscriptions rose nearly 70% year-over-year, showing diversification beyond its core BTC bet. But Bitcoin remains the key performance driver for valuation and sentiment.

Strategy easily meets all criteria: high float, strong trading volume, and sustained profitability. Inclusion would mark the first time a Bitcoin-treasury firm joins the benchmark index.

S&P 500 inclusion could open the floodgates for passive capital to buy BTC-exposed equity.

For crypto-aligned investors, this may be a turning point in Bitcoin's integration with traditional markets.

Future Forward

The next big move won't kick down the door—it'll sneak in the side window dressed as maintenance.

It might be a patch note, a funding vote no one reads, or a wallet ping that looks like spam—until it isn't.

The best trades aren't loud, and they don't trend. They take root where attention is thin and conviction is quiet.

Markets reward those who move early—not those who show up with headlines in hand. If you're watching now, you're not late—you're just early to what everyone else will swear was obvious.

Crypto Know-How: What Are Whales?

In crypto, "whales" are people or entities that hold massive amounts of a specific token—usually millions or even billions of dollars' worth.

Because of their size, their trades can move markets, spark fear, or drive hype.

Whales aren't always single individuals—they can be hedge funds, crypto companies, or early adopters who never sold.

Some use exchanges, others prefer decentralized tools or OTC (over-the-counter) trades to avoid shifting prices.

Watching whale wallets has become a common strategy. Tools like Whale Alert or Lookonchain track big on-chain moves, letting regular traders see when major players are making moves.

But just because a whale buys or sells doesn't mean you should.

What matters is understanding the context—some whales DCA over months, others time exits with precision, and some just… whale around.

Everything Else

  • Sonic's community approved a $150M token issuance to back a US ETF push, Nasdaq PIPE investment, and the launch of Sonic USA.

  • Bank of China Hong Kong's shares surged 6.7% on reports it's preparing to apply for a local stablecoin license under the city's new regime.

  • A mysterious $11B Bitcoin whale rotated over $4B into Ether, surpassing SharpLink's ETH treasury and sparking broader whale accumulation.

  • Nike and StockX settled their long-running NFT trademark case, signaling tighter compliance expectations for tokenized physical goods.

  • Solana's Alpenglow upgrade, which cuts finality to 150ms, is nearing approval with 99% of votes in favor and quorum already reached.

We'll leave it here—because not every story needs a final chapter to matter. Sometimes the smartest investors are already turning the page while everyone else is still re-reading the headline.
